Pastor of Community Life

The Pastor of Community Life has a unique role at Haven and provides not only support to the Lead Pastor of Teaching, but intimately involves him/herself into the lives of Haven’s members. The Pastor of Community Life leads and promotes the Christian community life of Haven with a focus on Haven community building, STEP groups, outreach, fellowship/hospitality, new member assimilation, spiritual gift assessments and member involvement.

This position works in collaboration with the Lead Teaching Pastor and reports to the administrative team. The position oversees all aspects of family life ministries, including volunteering and the STEP (Share, Think, Eat, Pray, multi-generation small groups) program, all areas of Outreach, and all areas of Hospitality.
